1. No medical advice

The content on this Site — descriptions of our services, general information about in-home care, and anything else published here — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a treatment recommendation for any individual.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any question you have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on this Site.

2. No provider–patient relationship

Using this Site does not create a provider–patient relationship between you and Jones Medical. Neither does:

• Reading any page of this Site
• Submitting the contact form
• Sending us an email
• Leaving us a voicemail
• Receiving a reply from us to any of the above

A provider–patient relationship with Jones Medical is established only when we have accepted you for care, completed an intake and assessment, and you have signed the applicable consents and service agreement. Until that point, nothing we say to you should be relied on as clinical guidance about your specific situation.

3. Emergencies

This Site is not a way to obtain urgent or emergency care and is not monitored continuously. Contact-form submissions are answered during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. If you are an existing patient with an urgent clinical concern outside business hours, use the after-hours number provided in your plan of care rather than this Site.

If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Contacting us through this Site

The contact form on this Site is delivered to us by ordinary email, through a third-party form provider. It is transmitted over an encrypted connection, but email is not a secure medium end to end.

By submitting the contact form you acknowledge that you have read this section, that the submission is not confidential in the way a clinical communication is, and that you accept the risk of transmitting the information you chose to include. If you send us protected health information anyway, we will handle it under our Notice of Privacy Practices from the point we receive it — but we cannot secure it in transit on your behalf.

5. Accuracy of content

We try to keep this Site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is. Service descriptions, hours, coverage areas, staffing, and contact details can change, and the Site may not reflect a change immediately. Nothing on this Site is an offer or a guarantee that we can accept you for care, that a particular service is available in your area, or that a particular payer will cover it. Availability and coverage are confirmed during intake, not on this Site.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this Site — text, layout, graphics, photographs, the Jones Medical name, and the Jones Medical logo — is owned by Jones Medical, LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, or to share with a family member or provider involved in your care. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site without our written permission. Photographs of our staff may not be reused for any purpose.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit unlawful activity
• Submit false information, or impersonate another person
• Submit another person’s health information without their authority
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the employee portal, or any connected system
• Use automated means to scrape the Site, or to submit the contact form
• Use the contact form to send advertising, solicitations, or bulk messages

8. Employee portal

The area of this Site under /portal/ is a private system for Jones Medical personnel. Access is restricted to authorized users with issued credentials.

If you are an authorized user, you agree to keep your credentials confidential, not to share your account, to use the portal only for legitimate work purposes, and to access only the patient information you need to do your job. Portal activity is logged. Unauthorized access, or access to records outside the scope of your duties, may result in termination and in civil or criminal liability under HIPAA and applicable Oklahoma law.

If you are not an authorized user, attempting to access the portal is prohibited under Section 7 and may violate federal and state computer-crime statutes.

9. Third-party links and services

This Site links to third-party sites, including Facebook and LinkedIn, and relies on third-party services listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MESSAGE SENT THROUGH IT WILL BE RECEIVED OR ANSWERED.

This section limits warranties about the website. It does not limit, and is not intended to limit, our professional obligations to patients under our service agreement or under Oklahoma law.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JONES MEDICAL, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE — INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA OR FOR A MESSAGE THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED OR NOT RECEIVED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury caused by professional negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jones Medical, LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of another person’s information without their authority.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
